Why Manual Washing Uses So Much More
A 3-bay sink uses 60–100 L per fill (depending on sink size). Even if you refill only twice a day, that's 120–200 L. Add the constant tap-running for rinsing and the per-item water consumption climbs to 3–8 L per item — far higher than any commercial dishwasher.

How JD-3 Achieves Lower Water Consumption
- Precision rinse manifold: Engineered for minimum water volume to achieve coverage, not legacy over-rinsing.
- Wash tank reuse: The wash tank water is recirculated for many cycles, filtered between uses. Only the rinse water is fresh-per-cycle.
- Heat recovery option: Pre-warms incoming cold water, reducing the volume of "let it run until hot" that operators do.
- Sealed door: Steam capture means less water evaporates from the wash tank per cycle (less refill needed).
