Shenzhen Vtai Electrical Appliance Co., Ltd. — known globally as V-TAI — has been manufacturing commercial dishwashers from our facility in the Pearl River Delta for over a decade. We specialize in machines built for small-to-mid commercial kitchens worldwide.

The JD-3 represents 6 years of iterative design specifically for bakery operations. We built it after realizing that no machine in the small-commercial price range fit the 600×400 mm tray size that virtually every modern bakery oven uses.

Our Story

V-TAI started in 2013 as a contract manufacturer for European commercial-kitchen-equipment brands. By 2016, we had developed our own product lines and begun selling under the V-TAI brand to international customers. The JD-3 (model VT-AE-JD-3) was developed in 2019–2020 in response to repeated requests from European patisseries and Asian bakery chains for an affordable hood-type machine that could handle 600×400 trays.

Today, our 8,000 m² smart manufacturing base produces approximately 12,000 commercial dishwashers per year for customers in over 60 countries. We are ISO 9001 certified, our products are CE-certified for EU compliance, and our production methodology is built around what we call "Smart Localization" — combining French Schneider Electric components with localized supply-chain sourcing in the Pearl River Delta to deliver a 30–40% cost advantage versus comparable products from Hobart, Jackson, Winterhalter, or CMA.
